I an a stay at home mom who decided to home school her children. My husband’s income isn’t sufficient enough to sustain our expenses. I really need a good data entry work from home job. I am even able to do customer service. Are there any good at home jobs that aren’t scams???? If so, please let me know, if you are currently working for one of them, please tell me how to get started. Thank you for your assistance:)

Medical transcriptionist. Litsen to tapes of dictated medical charts and type them up using the software the company provides you with.
Also, I sell items on EBay and on a local auction site. Most of my items comes from yards sales, flea markets, discount bins at local stores, etc. I sell larger items locally, less shipping charges etc. Most customers will gladly pick up the items. Sometimes I buy items from the local site just to sell on EBay. You can get the same type of information that some people offer for sale just by checking out the Ebay site for free!

I will be starting my own business from my home/college, and I have had many ideas but I want something that would be successful. Does anyone have any ideas?

Start a blog and add adsense on it. There are many people doing it.
You can pick up info all over the net, use google, search bloggers or professional bloggers.
The idea is to have a place with good info about something, then people will visit it.
If you have ads on your pages when people click on the ads you get paid.
Each click will only generate a small amount, even only 0.05 but the more traffic the more clicks.
Depending on the topic you choose to talk about, clicks can be worth more, it’s all a matter of testing and see what works.
All tools are out there to make your life easier.. at first it is very little money if any at all but when it starts to come in it will happen all by itself.

How do i get a work from home typing part-time job without paying any money to the people giving me the job. I mean i followed alot of people by paying money into their accounts but at the end of the day i ended up loosing because those people or so called companies are untraceble. Please help.

Ideally, you would look around for places that don’t ask you for money and while looking for them you should refrain from giving money to anyone.

I have been directed to so many at home work offers. But they all end the same, "to complete this offer for work from home please complete this offer my chosing one or more of the following. Once you have completed this offer you will recieve free information on work at home employment." I hate that. It says free but clearing its anything but.

Start selling your unwanted stuff on ebay. When you get the hang of it you can offer to sell other people’s unwanted stuff on ebay.
All you need from them is what they would want to get for it, (when you are good you will tell them what they will get for it) take a photo of it then when it sells, go there, pay them the money keeping your cut then post the item off.

Why not be a writer for your own blog? That way nobody will scam you and you can earn a little bit of money while having fun.

My husband and I, have an in-home businesses and I am looking to make sure I don’t cheat myself out of any tax benefits. Therefore, I pose this question. Since, I am technically buying the groceries to feed employees of "our" business. And during these meals we often talk about business strategies and planning. SO for tax purposes am I allowed to use the groceries purchased as a business expense.

Uh, no, you can’t.

If your business was day care, you could deduct the groceries you fed to the kids attending the daycare for snacks or meals that you serve them.

Sold my house. Did change of address. Contacted suppliers for my home business of new address. New owner harassing that when he googles the address my business name still appears linked to the address. Tried to contact these web sites/businesses (trying to be nice) and cant get through to some of them. They are fly by nights or spammers. Do I have any legal obligations?

no you have no legal obligation unless you agreed to something in purchase agreement. you deeded property to buyer as promised.
